Carrie Bailey edited her first anthology "The Handbook of the Writer Secret Society" in 2010 after establishing the Peevish Penman Magazine one year before. Her unparalleled obsession with coffee has fueled her creative endeavors. Having done political work for libraries and English instruction abroad, Carrie had never intended to be a writer until a brief bout of recession-related joblessness allowed her to discover a talent not just for organizing books, but words and other writers, too. She is currently preparing for graduate study in New Zealand, where she will be living with her teenage son after which she plans to finish her post apocalyptic YA Fantasy, “The Order of the Moving Finger.”
